With Courtesy Patrol, we conduct multiple nightly visits to walk your parking lots and inside your community, keeping an eye out for unwanted activity. We monitor vacant units, workout facilities, pool areas, and laundry facilities to ensure no one is accessing them after hours. We check doors and gates to ensure they are locked and secure, and we monitor for homeless individuals seeking shelter on the property, as well as any other specified areas. This service also includes weekly reports and time- and date-stamped photos to provide evidence of our presence in your community.
